A super easy granola, with limited ingredients, so full of dry fruit and nuts…
I can’t believe I am almost at the verge of finishing off my posts for the Bakeathon. The whole point about this month was that I had planned what posts to make but then time wasn’t exactly in my favor, so I ended up making random recipes in order to ensure that I complete my posts on time. Hehe… This super easy granola was a part of it, but I am really glad I made it, mainly because it finished the rolled oats in my pantry into one of the most delicious granola I have made.
I already have a few granola recipes on the blog, like this basic one, this one with chocolate and honey, cookie butter flavored one, my favorite brown butter granola and the vegan granola with almond butter and maple syrup. However these recipes may make you feel that granola making is a difficult business. However, this recipe will surely make you feel otherwise. It hardly uses five ingredients, that includes a ready mix pack of fruit and nuts. You can let your imagination run wild on what all dry fruits and nuts you would want to use. Just mix the whole thing, spread on the baking tray, toss it a couple of times just to ensure that it doesn’t burn and bakes properly. Using honey means there is a chance of burning so keep an eye on your granola at all times. The quantity I baked was limited, so we ended up finishing it in two weeks, in between our limited lone sessions to do some Netflix binging. 😉 Off to the recipe…
