Easy Fruit n Nut Granola

Ingredients

cups
rolled oats
3/4
cup
mixed fruit and nuts

honey

tbsp
coconut oil

sea salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a flat tray and set aside.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix till the honey sticks to all ingredients. Spread on the prepared pan.
Bake for 25 minutes, tossing the granola every 10 minutes to ensure proper baking.
Allow to cool and store into an airtight container. Use within a week.
Notes
I used a mix called "premier energy mix" we got from Lulu and it had almonds, walnuts, pecan, sultanas, raisins and pumpkin seeds.
