Easy Fruit n Nut Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup mixed fruit and nuts refer notes
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a flat tray and set aside.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix till the honey sticks to all ingredients. Spread on the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, tossing the granola every 10 minutes to ensure proper baking.
  • Allow to cool and store into an airtight container. Use within a week.

Notes

I used a mix called "premier energy mix" we got from Lulu and it had almonds, walnuts, pecan, sultanas, raisins and pumpkin seeds.
