Life has to move on… and a recipe has to come in… Nothing much in today’s post… but a fusion dessert, made out of our humble Shrikand, mixed some Nutella into it and it was a hit among the kids, who licked it from the pan! I was a bit worried about the slight tang of the yogurt but it surprisingly paired well with the Nutella and gave it a nice punch! Off to the easy and straightforward dessert…
- 500 gm yogurt
- 3 tbsp Nutella
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp crushed hazelnuts
- Empty the yogurt into a muslin cloth, hung over a bowl.
- Strain the yogurt for 3-4 hours in the fridge till the whey gets separated and you have thick hung yogurt.
- Mix this hung yogurt with remaining ingredients using a whisk till well combined.
- Scoop into two ramekins and refrigerate for an hour to set. Enjoy!
