Assalamu alaikum all my readers… should I say I missed the blog? I really don’t know. In fact, I would say that I had an amazing break from so many of my daily activities including the blog. I must admit I enjoyed the break. I was a bit pensive but there were days when I haven’t checked the activity on the blog and it has moved on itself, Alhamdulillah. But I am glad to be back and it feels like coming back home, hehe… 😀 It is a blessing that I still have drafts pending and I can relax to cook new recipes and post. But on the side, I am trying to look at what I can do to get my act better. Let’s see how it pans out. 🙂
There is a lot to write about my vacation, but I guess that can wait for the time being. I will release little by little of the action that happened. Till then, let me get back to this Biscoff lassi. I have mentioned how much I love lassi and how much we love Biscoff too. A search of it in the bar will reveal the goodies on the blog. The lassi is what I make when the Biscoff is at the fag end of the bottle. What better way to clean up the bottle! Just like I love shrikand made with Biscoff, this lassi is no different. The Biscoff actually makes the lassi extra creamy and thick, so it literally fills you up for quite some time. So if you are craving for a treat but want to keep it simple, then definitely give a try of this lassi. Off to the recipe…
Welcome back dear…Simple and a refreshing drink.
