Sometimes I wonder why as a blogger, I need to be in pressure to start my posts with introductions. Sometimes, my mind is blank but I still want to go ahead and do a post since I feel very uneasy if I don’t attend to my blog regularly. I am so used to doing it now, that keeping it empty for too long a time is not in my mind at the moment. It doesn’t mean that I will be able to keep this pace till my blogging passion lasts. It just means that when I have the opportunity to continue with it, I would like to keep going on with it with His Grace. Life is never meant to be in the same pace all the time. Alhamdulillah, even with the ups and downs life gave me, I was able to keep blogging. Maybe I must rephrase it to say that it is the blog that kept me steady during those times, so when times are steady, I must stick to the blog, right? 🙂
OK, I guess that was too much blah-blah… Hehe… The easiest smoothie that anybody would make is with an apple. It is always available in my fridge. Anytime B comes home, and says, “Thaatha, juice adikko?” (Big sister, will you make juice?), then it is mostly an apple that falls prey. Adding some peanut butter was just a small experiment which became a big hit. The peanut butter gives a nutty flavor to the otherwise simple milkshake. Do give it a try and let me know how it turns out for all of you… 🙂
You voiced my thoughts. Even I am blank sometimes when starting the post. Nice twist to usual shake.
Thank you so much Yeleena…
That’s a lovely shake!
Thanks Angie…

Thank you so much Ramya… 🙂
Ayyo.. that intro part in the beginning meant something like u gonna quit blogging… don’t do eh… some bloggers like u r a huge inspiration to me.. but it’s true right, blogging becomes quite close to heart and remains an integral part if ur doing it with passion. Even though time limits keep me away from it for long days, months at a time, I too can’t seem to stop it 🙂
And a nice twist to the apple shake. Will try it sometime…
Hehe… Chitra, don’t worry, not in the near future InShaAllah… 🙂 Thank you so much dear…
Oh I hate that when I go to write and my mind is a blank.
Sounds like an energy packed shake!
Thank you so much Bibi…

Thank you so much Jeena…
Milk shake looks superb and yumm….Is that a paper napkin or a cloth…I love it…goes perfect with the shot…
Thank you so much Anupa… it’s a paper napkin…
that intro resonates with my thoughts of blogging, but I am not anywhere close to your consistency. Like you said, the intro writing is a must for me and that is the only thing that delays the posting! 😀 Btw, the recipe like classic Raf is simple and best! I have eaten apple slices with peanut butter but never thought of a shake. Should try this sometime over the weekend as my lunch! 😀
Hehe… intro writing is always the problem, I guess it will continue to be… Thank you so much Fami… 🙂
