Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease and flour a small loaf pan and set aside.
In a bowl, add the bananas, add each ingredient one by one and use a whisk to combine to a thick batter.
Pour the batter into the pan and tap gently to flatten the top.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, till the tester comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes and then cool on the rack till completely cooled.
Slice and wash down with a cup of tea or coffee... or just like I did, a cup of green tea with honey...
