Wholewheat Oats Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup wholewheat flour
  • 1/2 cup oats flour powdered instant oats
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Butter for cooking

Instructions

  • Whisk the dry ingredients together.
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients and whisk till no lumps.
  • Heat a tawa, brush some butter and pour a small ladle onto the hot pan. As soon as bubbles start appearing, flip and cook for another two minutes. Cook till done.
  • Serve warm with honey or anything that you please! :)
