White Chocolate Pistachio Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 can condensed milk
  • 250 gm white chocolate drops
  • 10 gm butter
  • 1/3 cup shelled pistachios

Instructions

  • Prepare a pan with cling film for pouring and setting the fudge.
  • Combine the condensed milk, chocolate and butter. Cook on low flame till the whole mixture melts and mixes well.
  • Roast the pistachios for a few minutes. Pound it to tiny pieces.
  • Add into the melted mixture and mix well.
  • Pour into the prepared pan and tap to settle the top.
  • Allow to reach room temperature and then put into the fridge to set completely.
  • Take out, remove off the cling film and cut into squares.
  • Store them in the refrigerator in an air-tight container.

Notes

Do not keep them for too long at room temperature, They tend to melt and become messy. Once done, return back to the fridge as soon as possible.
