Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 500 ml whipping cream
  • 1/2 can condensed milk adjust sweetness
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 150 gm pound cake chopped into pieces
  • 250 gm strawberries chopped roughly

Instructions

  • Whip the cream till medium peaks.
  • Add the condensed milk and vanilla extract and beat till combined.
  • Fold in the cake pieces and strawberries into the mixture.
  • Pour into a loaf pan or ice cream pan and freeze for four hours or till done.
  • To serve, keep out on the counter top for 5 minutes. Scoop and serve!
