Ingredients

couscous

cup
chicken stock

pomegranate
deseeded

cucumber
diced

cherry tomatoes
halved
Salt and pepper to taste

olive oil
Instructions
Boil the chicken stock.
Pour it over the couscous and allow it to rest for five minutes. Fluff it up with a fork.
Add in the remaining ingredients and toss it up.
Serve immediately.
