Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup shrikand
  • 1/3 cup cold water
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • A fat pinch cardamom
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • A pinch saffron soaked in 2 tbsp hot water

Instructions

  • Beat the ingredients altogether till homogeneous and smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
