Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Line a sheet pan and set aside.
Grind the pistachio into a powder. Add the condensed milk and blitz to have a paste. Divide into five equal portions.
Layer out one pastry sheet and spread one portion of the pistachio paste in a line. Roll and cut each pastry into four portions. Keep onto the prepared sheet.
Repeat for the rest of the puff pastry sheets.
Spray over the puff pastry and bake for 15 minutes.
Take out and drizzle enough honey to keep the pastry sweet.
Serve warm.
