Pistachio Puff Pastry Rolls

Ingredients

  • 5 square puff pastry sheets
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios
  • 1-2 tbsp condensed milk
  • Spraying oil
  • Honey or sugar syrup to drizzle

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Line a sheet pan and set aside.
  • Grind the pistachio into a powder. Add the condensed milk and blitz to have a paste. Divide into five equal portions.
  • Layer out one pastry sheet and spread one portion of the pistachio paste in a line. Roll and cut each pastry into four portions. Keep onto the prepared sheet.
  • Repeat for the rest of the puff pastry sheets.
  • Spray over the puff pastry and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Take out and drizzle enough honey to keep the pastry sweet.
  • Serve warm.
