Pesto Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

spaghetti

olive oil

boneless chicken
cut into strips
Salt and pepper to taste

pesto
1/3
cup
olives
1/4
cup
parmesan cheese
1
tsp
dried parsley
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti till el dente. Strain and set aside.
In a large saucepan, heat olive oil. Add the chicken along with salt and pepper till almost done.
Add the pesto and olives and toss well.
Add the cooked spaghetti and some of the pasta water if needed and toss well to coat.
Cook for five minutes. Switch off, add the parmesan and parsley and give a final toss.
Serve warm!
Notes
This dish is not spicy. Add crushed pepper or chilli flakes if required.
