Peanut Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups macaroni cooked till el dente
  • 3/4 cup sweet corn boiled
  • 3/4 cup green peas boiled
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • 1 to mato chopped
  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and toss till well combined.
  • Keep in the fridge for around 15 minutes for flavors to settle.
  • Serve!
