Peaches and Cream Bake

Ingredients

  • 10 gm melted butter
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp yogurt or sour cream
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • A pinch of salt
  • 420 gm can of sliced peaches drained

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease a 5 inch small pan and set aside.
  • Whisk together the butter, heavy cream, brown sugar, egg and yogurt till homogeonous.
  • Now add all the remainding ingredients and fold in till all moist.
  • Spread on to the prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes.
  • Cool slightly and then serve warm with a side of choice.
