Mix the apple, cinnamon and sugar and set aside.
Melt the butter. Whisk in the eggs and yogurt.
Whisk the dry ingredients together in a bowl and add onto the wet ingredients. Add the grated apple and fold.
Add water or milk, whatever using, till you have the desired consistency.
Heat a pan, melt butter. Pour 1/4 cup each and cook till both sides are done. Serve warm with honey or cream.
