For making the pizza dough, whisk together all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the olive oil and water and bring the dough together using a spatula. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
Grease a 13x9 inch pan well with olive oil. Transfer the dough onto the pan, spread it equally on the pan and allow it to rest for another 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the sauce by melting the butter in a saucepan. Fry the flour for a minute, add the remaining ingredients and cook till thickened. Allow it to cool completely.
For cooking the chicken, heat olive oil in a saucepan. Add all the chicken and all the spice powders and toss up well to coat. Cook on low flame, stirring occasionally till the chicken is done. Cool completely.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Quickly spread the white sauce all over the pizza. Top with the chicken, olives and sprinkle the cheese all over.
Bake for 25 minutes. Take out, rest for five minutes and enjoy!
