Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease an 8 inch pan and set aside.
Mix the fruits along with the corn flour and sugar and spread on the pan. Sprinkle the chocolate chips randomly.
Whisk all the wet ingredients together.
In another bowl, whisk all the dry ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients and fold. The batter will be really thick.
Drop spoonfuls of the batter all over the fruits. It is not necessary to cover the top. As it bakes, it will spread.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Take out and allow to cool slightly. Enjoy it warm with cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce or caramel sauce, or even ice cream.
