Mango Banana Overnight Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 large mango peeled and chopped
  • Chunks of 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1-2 tbsp chia/ flax/ wheatgerm optional

Instructions

  • Blitz all ingredients in a strong blender till smooth.
  • Pour into your serving cup or bowl and keep closed in the fridge overnight.
  • Enjoy as breakfast in the morning!
