large mango
peeled and chopped
Chunks of 1 frozen banana
1/4
cup
rolled oats
1/2

milk

honey

chia/ flax/ wheatgerm

Instructions
Blitz all ingredients in a strong blender till smooth.
Pour into your serving cup or bowl and keep closed in the fridge overnight.
Enjoy as breakfast in the morning!
