Ingredients

butter, melted and cooled

cup
brown sugar

large eggs
room temperature

tsp
vanilla extract

salt

all purpose flour
1/3
cup
cocoa powder
1/3
cup
walnuts, crushed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease an 8 inch cast iron pan and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar till fluffy. Add the eggs, vanilla and salt and beat well.
Sift in the flour and cocoa powder into the wet mixture. Add the walnuts and fold in till completely moist.
Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes till the top looks done.
Serve hot with cold whipped cream and chocolate fudge sauce.
Notes
You can use a regular 8 inch pan if you don't have a cast iron pan.
