Fudge Brownie Pie

Ingredients

  • 100 gm butter, melted and cooled
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup walnuts, crushed

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease an 8 inch cast iron pan and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar till fluffy. Add the eggs, vanilla and salt and beat well.
  • Sift in the flour and cocoa powder into the wet mixture. Add the walnuts and fold in till completely moist.
  • Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes till the top looks done.
  • Serve hot with cold whipped cream and chocolate fudge sauce.

Notes

You can use a regular 8 inch pan if you don't have a cast iron pan.
