mayonnaise

ginger paste
A dash of salt and pepper
Instructions
Chop the cucumbers into small peices.
Chop the onions also into bit sized pieces.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Serve immediately with biriyanis or pulaos.
