large banana
cut into chunks and frozen

strong coffee
cooled

peanut butter

coconut oil

chia seeds/ flaxmeal

Instructions
Grind the banana till smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients and blitz till smooth.
Enjoy immediately.
Notes
As the smoothie sits, it tends to thicken. So you can keep it for sometime and have to have a thicker smoothie.
