Ingredients

kg
chicken
cleaned and cut into medium pieces
1
tbsp
oil
1
tbsp
ginger garlic paste
1/2
tsp
turmeric powder
1
tsp
black pepper powder
Salt to taste
FOR GRINDING:
1
cup
packed coriander
including stems
1
cup
loosely packed mint leaves
3
green chilies
2
sprigs curry leaves
Instructions
Grind the ingredients under "for grinding" till smooth.
Heat oil, saute ginger garlic paste.
Add in the chicken and toss for three minutes.
Add in the ground paste, turmeric, pepper and salt and mix well.
Close the lid and cook till chicken is done.
