Ingredients

  • 2 carrots peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • A fat pinch cardamom
  • 2-4 strands saffron crushed
  • 1 tbsp rose water

Instructions

  • Add the carrot into the water, and microwave for 3 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
  • Blend all ingredients till smooth and serve immediately.
