Ingredients

  • Bread of choice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Line a baking tray.
  • Chop the bread into squares. Spread onto the baking tray.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes till the bread becomes crisp.
  • Take out and allow it to cool.
  • Grind in a jar to a course powder. Store in an airtight container and use as soon as possible.

Notes

You can use bread sides that are usually discarded while making snacks. The color of the bread crumbs of the sides will be darker than regular bread.
For instant use, you can grind bread as is, but it won't be able to be stored.
