Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Peel and chop the apple into small pieces.
Combine the bread, apple, powders and the walnuts in a baking bowl. Pour the coconut milk all over the mixture and allow it to rest for 10 minutes. Pour the agave nectar/ honey randomly over the bread mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes or till the top gets browned. Serve warm, with more agave nectar/ honey if preferred!
