Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp milled flax
  • 1 tbsp honey/ any sweetnener

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients till smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
