Wash the lady's finger and pat dry. Cut into 1 cm peices.
Heat a large frying pan and pour 1 tbsp oil. Fry the lady's finger in it till it becomes crisp.
Grind the "for grinding" ingredients to a smooth paste and set aside.
Meanwhile, heat your saucepan, add the remaining oil. Once it heats, splutter the mustard seeds.
Add the onion and saute till light brown.
Add the fried lady's finger and give it a nice stir. Add the turmeric powder and saute till raw smell goes.
Add in the curd, ground masala and water and cook on simmer for around 5 minutes.
Finally sprinkle the red chilli flakes and the garam masala, and adjust salt.
Serve warm with rotis or rice!!!
