Baked Garlic Savory Oats | Easy Breakfast Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • Seasoning of choice refer notes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
  • Boiled eggs to serve

Instructions

  • Combine oats and water and cook till thickened. Add seasoning and salt and switch off. Transfer to two serving bowls.
  • Melt the butter and fry the garlic till crisp. Divide equally on top.
  • Dig in with a side of boiled eggs and vegetables, if you like.
