Ingredients

ripe avocado
scooped

cup
thick yogurt
1/2
cup
milk/ water

tbsp
honey or as per taste
A dash of cardamom powder

tbsp
rosewater
Crushed pistachios for garnish
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a juicer and blend till smooth.
Pour into two glass and serve immediately.
Notes
I have used both yogurt and milk, but you can substitute the milk with water to make a lighter version.
