Aloo Paneer Tikki Chaat

Ingredients

  • 100 gm boiled potatoes
  • 50 gm paneer thawed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar or stevia to taste
  • Tamarind sauce as required I used store bought
  • Green chilli sauce as required I used store bought
  • Chaat masala as required
  • Coriander leaves chopped onions and tomato for garnish

Instructions

  • Mash the potato and paneer. Add salt and pepper an mix well. Divide into four patties.
  • Heat the ghee and shallow fry both sides. Transfer to a plate.
  • Whisk the salt and sugar/stevia into the yogurt till it becomes a smooth mixture. Spread on top of the hot patties.
  • Top with the rest of the ingredients and dig in immediately!
