Yogurt Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cooked rice I used basmati
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • A pinch of cardamom powder
  • A pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp sweetener of choice I used stevia

Instructions

  • Mash the rice with a fork.
  • Whip the yogurt, cardamom, cinnamon and sweetener. Add the rice and mix well.
  • Pour into a mason jar, close the lid and allow the pudding to rest for a couple of hours for the flavors to mingle.
  • Dig in with a spoon and enjoy!
