Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped watermelon bite size
  • 4 tbsp minced mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Toss all the ingredients together into a bowl.
  • Set aside in the fridge for 15 minutes. Serve!
