Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup club soda

Instructions

  • Whisk together all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Pour the vanilla extract and milk into the dry ingredients and whisk till smooth.
  • Pour the soda and incorporate it well into the batter.
  • Heat your waffle maker, spray with oil on it. Pour enough batter on it and cook as per waffle maker instructions.
  • Serve warm with maple syrup or chocolate sauce.
