Ingredients
2/3
cup
mixed berries
I used strawberries, blueberries, raspberry and blackberry
1/4
cup
rolled oats

tbsp
milled flax
1/2
cup
almond milk

tbsp
brown sugar
Instructions
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth and thick.
Pour into a jar, close the lid and allow it to rest in the fridge overnight.
Enjoy it for breakfast the next day morning!
