Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 mango
  • 3 slices pineapple
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp milled flax
  • Fresh coconut pecans and milled flax for topping

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients from banana to flax and grind till thick and smooth.
  • Empty into a bowl. Top with fresh coconut, toasted pecans and milled flax.
  • Enjoy a healthy breakfast!
