Ingredients

thick yogurt
1/2
cup
cold milk

tbsp
sugar
A fat pinch of cardamom powder

tsp
rose water
Saffron for garnish
Instructions
Whisk the yogurt till it gets frothy.
Add the milk, water and sugar and whisk till the sugar is dissolved.
Add the cardamom powder and rose water and beat again.
Serve cold in tall glasses, garnished with saffron.
Notes
You can replace part or whole of the milk with cold water.
