Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp quick oats
  • 6 strawberries chopped
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Dry roast the quick oats for a couple of minutes till a nice aroma comes. Allow to cool.
  • Add all the ingredients into a blender and blitz till smooth.
  • Enjoy the filling smoothie!
