Combine all ingredients for dough. Add water little by little and make into a dough. Knead well. Set aside for an hour to double.
Cube the chicken into small pieces. Mix in the other ingredients in a pressure cooker and cook for 2 whistles. Switch off and let the pressure go.
Open the cooker and cook on high flame till the stock is dried and coat the chicken. Allow to cool.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Grease the pizza pan with olive oil.
Slowly spread the dough on the pan. Spread the tomato paste on top.
Sprinkle the oregano, onions, tomatoes, olives, chicken and red chilli flakes. Finally sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes till done and the cheese is all melted. Slice and serve warm...
