Wash and drain the chickpeas. Mince the onions and set aside.
Add the chickpeas and ingredients from coriander leaves to garam masala powder into the food processor and blitz till coarse.
Add the onions and toss well. Shape into three large patties and allow to rest in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Drizzle little oil on a grill pan and cook both the sides for a few minutes.
Assemble into a bun as per your requirement and enjoy!
