Ingredients

gm fish
I have used pomfret
1
tsp
red chilli powder
1
tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder
1/2
tsp
turmeric powder
1/2
tsp
garam masala powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Instructions
Clean the fish and pat dry.
Combine the powders and salt and make a paste with a few drops of water.
Add the fish in and toss well to coat.
Set aside for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a frying pan and cook both sides for five minutes or till done.
Notes
At times I add 1/4 tsp of fennel powder or cumin powder, depending upon my mood.
