Serradura ~ Macau Sawdust Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 large pack Marie biscuits
  • 1/3 cup nuts of your choice toasted and cooled (I used cashew nuts)
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp condensed milk as per sweetness

Instructions

  • Crush the biscuits and cashew nuts coarsely.
  • Whip the cream till still.
  • Add in the vanilla extract and condensed milk and beat till combined.
  • Put crushed biscuit in the first layer, followed by the cream and keep layering till both are completed.
  • Sprinkle some crushed biscuits on top.
  • Keep in fridge for a couple of hours. Serve cold.
