Ingredients

  • 8 chicken sausages thawed
  • 8 puff pastry sheets thawed
  • 1 small egg slightly beaten

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Take a puff pastry sheet, keep the sausage in the centre and slowly close the corners to form a pack. Press the sides to seal properly. Repeat till the sheets and sausages are done. Slowly draw on one side with a fork to give a design. Brush generously with beaten egg on the top.
  • Transfer to a baking pan, covered with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes till crisp and brown. Serve warm with tea or coffee!
