Ingredients
600
gm fish fillet. minced
1/2
cup
chopped parsley
2
eggs
beaten
1
cup
bread crumbs
4
cloves
garlic
1
tbsp
lime juice
1
large onion
minced and browned in little oil
Salt and pepper to taste

tsp
vinegar
1/2
tsp
turmeric powder
2
tsp
bezaar spice mix
1
tsp
baking powder
1/2
tsp
cumin powder
Extra breadcrumbs for coating
Oil for frying
Instructions
Add all ingredients from fish to cumin powder and rub all in till well combined.
Shape into thin patties and roll them into the extra breadcrumbs to lightly coat.
Heat oil enough to shallow fry. Cook both sides till golden brown and done from inside.
Drain on a kitchen towel.
Serve warm as side to rice or a tea snack.
Notes
I minced the fish fillet in my grinder jar. You can use your food processor too.
