Bring milk to heat in a saucepan. Combine the corn flour into the water to make a thick paste.
As the milk starts getting warm, add in the corn flour slurry and combine well.
Keep stirring occasionally till the mixture thickens.
Add in the sugar and rose water and cook for another minute.
Empty into a mug, sprinkle cinnamon powder and crushed pistachios on top. Savor hot!
