- Bring milk to heat in a saucepan. Combine the corn flour into the water to make a thick paste. 
- As the milk starts getting warm, add in the corn flour slurry and combine well. 
- Keep stirring occasionally till the mixture thickens. 
- Add in the sugar and rose water and cook for another minute. 
- Empty into a mug, sprinkle cinnamon powder and crushed pistachios on top. Savor hot!
