Ingredients

  • 200 gm milk chocolate
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup
  • 10 gm butter
  • 60 gm mixed small marshmallows
  • 10 tea biscuits
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup pistachios chopped (or any nut of choice)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, crush the cookies. Add the marshmallows, desiccated coconut and pistachios and toss well.
  • Melt the chocolate, golden syrup and butter till smooth. Pour into the bowl and mix well to coat.
  • In a buttered or lined 4 inch pan, spread the mixture and flatten the top. Allow it to set in the fridge for an hour.
  • Cut into pieces and serve.

Notes

You can use honey instead of golden syrup.
