Ingredients
200
gm milk chocolate

tbsp
golden syrup
10
gm butter
60
gm mixed small marshmallows
10
tea biscuits
1/4
cup
desiccated coconut
1/4
cup
pistachios
chopped (or any nut of choice)
Instructions
In a large bowl, crush the cookies. Add the marshmallows, desiccated coconut and pistachios and toss well.
Melt the chocolate, golden syrup and butter till smooth. Pour into the bowl and mix well to coat.
In a buttered or lined 4 inch pan, spread the mixture and flatten the top. Allow it to set in the fridge for an hour.
Cut into pieces and serve.
Notes
You can use honey instead of golden syrup.
