Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Two drops of red color
  • Chocolate chips if needed

Instructions

  • Add the milk and the vinegar in a mug. Give it a whisk and let it sit for 5 minutes till curdled.
  • Add the oil and sugar and whisk till homogeneous.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix till no lumps. Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
  • Microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes till done.
  • Rest for a minute and dig in.
