- Heat a large sautéing pan, let it dry completely. Switch off. 
- Combine all the ingredients and toss it well to coat as much as you can. 
- Switch off the flame, keep on medium-low and let the mixture cook. Keep stirring in between to avoid the mixture from burning and reduce the flame if it does. Do not cover the pot.  
- After 30-40 minutes, you will notice the oats flakes getting crisp. Switch off. 
- Spread the granola onto a flat surface and allow it to cool completely. The granola will get crunchier as it sits. 
- Store in an airtight container and use in 10 days time. Store in a dry, cool place. Enjoy with yogurt, milk, pudding or on its own!
