Heat a large sautéing pan, let it dry completely. Switch off.
Combine all the ingredients and toss it well to coat as much as you can.
Switch off the flame, keep on medium-low and let the mixture cook. Keep stirring in between to avoid the mixture from burning and reduce the flame if it does. Do not cover the pot.
After 30-40 minutes, you will notice the oats flakes getting crisp. Switch off.
Spread the granola onto a flat surface and allow it to cool completely. The granola will get crunchier as it sits.
Store in an airtight container and use in 10 days time. Store in a dry, cool place. Enjoy with yogurt, milk, pudding or on its own!
