Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a 12 hole muffin pan with liners and set aside.
In a pitchers, whisk together the puree, condensed milk, oil and vanilla till homogenous.
In a mixing bowl, sift all the dry ingredients (flours to salt). Pour the wet ingredients and fold using a spatula, mixing till all moist.
Add the chocolate chips and fold once. Divide equally into the muffin tins and bake for 25-30 minutes till skewer inserted comes out clean.
Take off from pan and cool on rack. Serve with a cup of your favorite beverage.
