Wash the grapes really well in warm water till clean.
Combine the grapes, water and sugar in a pressure cooker and mix well.
Pressure cook on high flame for 7-8 whistles and switch off.
Allow to cool completely.
Open the lid and using a masher, mash the grapes well.
Check for sweetness and add more sugar if required.
Allow to chill in the fridge for two hours.
Flavor with rosewater and serve chilled!
